"I had Duff out to fix our bath tub faucet. Basically a piece broke off inside the faucet and the water was not able to be shut off. We turned the water off to the entire house. We called Duff first thing the next morning, left a message. We had a return call within 10 minutes of them opening and someone was at our house within 2 hours. Very informative, very professional and very polite was my initial reaction. Later the next night we attempted to use the shower and realized the hot and cold were mixed up. I called again and they came back out and informed us, after taking it back a part, that the initial installer from when the house was built put the part on upside down that directs the hot and cold water. He said he didn't know that when fixing the other issue. He fixed the original mistake, not his mistake, for us, and showed me where the original part was upside down. He also did not charge us for this. We are very pleased with their service and will use them again and highly recommend."

End of day Friday & Kyle was willing to come fix a broken water line so we could turn our water on. (We called several companies & Duff was the only one that offered to send someone.)
